The fair around building construction and real estate takes place annually in Kassel. Visitors interested in the topics buying and renting of a property, new construction, extension, renovation as well as especially heating and home automation, gardening, environmentally friendly mobility and do-it-yourselfers can get informed intensively and thoroughly at the stands of more than 70 exhibitors. Financing and investment are also included in the exhibition offer. A further attraction is the lecture room. In the form of short technical lectures, new projects, services or products are presented. In the hall a firs class catering service offers some snacks. The venue, the Kongress Palais in Kassel, can be reached easily by motorway, train or plane. A parking lot with over 100 parking spaces is included in the building complex. Another 1200 parking lots are available in the immediate vicinity.
