The c-fit, a fair for lifestyle, sport and health, offers all its interested parties not only an information and action platform on current fitness and wellness trends, but also provides suggestions regarding healthy nutrition and lifestyles. In the separate outdoor area, all outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers will get their money’s worth. The visitors to the fair may look forward to a wide variety of exhibitors such as gyms, health facilities, sports outfitters and clubs, providers of alternative treatment methods as well as companies from the field of cosmetics, lifestyle and nutrition. In addition to the presentation at the stands, attractive side events such as the team challenge as well as an active stage programme, consisting of demonstrations, sports classes, experience reports and exhibitor presentations, will entertain the visitors. The exhibition is aimed at encouraging everyone to participate, marvel and try out, thus making the c-fit an experience for the visitors and inspiring them for a conscious way of life – as health is everyone's concern!
