Ibatech is an international trade fair for the bread, pasta, ice cream and chocolate industry. It takes place annually, alternating between Istanbul and Ankara and is open to trade visitors only. Turkey has the world's highest per capita consumption of baked goods with an annual increase in trading volume, which leads to an increase in the brand and distribution systems of this industry. This is where the Ibatech steps in allowing global companies to gain access to the Turkish market and neighboring states as well as to Africa, offering the opportunity to develop new markets and establishing international contacts. The Ibatech place the baking craft in the forefront and presents the latest products and technologies in the fields of production technology, shop equipment, raw materials, packaging and food of the industries of bakery and confectionery. Machinery for the production of pasta, ice cream, chocolate and pastry over filling and dosing machinery to decoration machine for biscuits, chocolates and other pastries national and international exhibitors show the complete product range.
On the whole the organisers welcomed on the 4 days of the fair, from 14. April to 17. April 2016, about 74500 visitors on the Ibatech in Istanbul.
The Ibatech will take place on 4 days from Thursday, 12. April to Sunday, 15. April 2018 in Istanbul.
