The exhibition is a regional trade fair, where visitors can get to know the culinary diversity of the Federal State of North Rhine-Westphalia. In the exhibition hall, numerous stalls invite you to taste local products. Information about cultivation, production, manufacturing or livestock can be obtained as well from the exhibitors. In the accompanying programme to the exhibition, there are constantly lectures on selected topics on all days of the fair. There is also the possibility to participate in a competition, and as a special highlight, there are cooking demonstrations with a famous star chef. The fair takes place under the umbrella of the consumer fair "MHH - Mode, Heim, Handwerk".
