In the city centre of Baunatal the regional construction and trade fair for real estate purchase, new construction, modernisation, renovation and reconstruction of existing properties takes place. Interested visitors can find out about the services of the regional artisans and service providers obtaining suggestions and offers for all property related work. Focal points of the exhibition will be energetic matters and the topic property related security in order to inform visitors about savings and potentials. Financial service providers will demonstrate possibilities on how investments can be profitable in a low-interest environment and how and which subsidies may be applied for. The participating companies present their competence and their performance. Apart from heating, climate and sanitation, the remaining trades will also be represented. Further topics to be presented at the fair will be smart home and inhouse digitization. More than 40 regional exhibitors and members of the local industrial association will present themselves and their services on two days in Baunatal to be available to visitors with expert knowledge. In this context, proximity to customers, the quality of the regional companies, will be presented with great competence and reliability. The fair is easily accessible by public transportation. For visitors arriving by car, there are over 1,000 free parking spaces around the venue.
