In 2016 the tradeshow bautec - International Trade Fair for Building and Construction Technology served as a presentation platform for 502 exhibitors. These tradeshow exhibitors presented their companies and services on a total of 12006 sqm at bautec.

In general the following kind of visitors are welcome at bautec: Trade visitors and public. The frequency, at which bautec is held, is biennial.
