The DDM in Bochum is a trade fair for sealing technology. The concept of networking behind includes both the presentation of innovative products of the sealing industry and the exchange of ideas, expertise and high-quality contacts. The lectures and workshops will be a special quality feature of the DDM in addition to the industry-leading exhibitors. The participating sectors of the fair include among others static and dynamic seals, special seals and expansion joints. With this concept the DDM does not take place in one of the usual anonymous exhibition halls but in a venerable industrial monument in the heart of the Ruhr area. Not only based on its history, but also due to the high number of manufacturers, equipment manufacturers, industry suppliers and end customers in the Rhine-Ruhr region, the majestic industrial cathedral in Bochum is the ideal location for the industry. In addition, this powerful industrial region distinguishes itself through an extraordinary density of universities and technical colleges.
The first edition and therefore the premiere of the DDM takes place on 2 days from Wed., 08.11.2017 to Thur., 09.11.2017 in Bochum.
