　　According to reports, 17 measures to benefit Taiwan by the Taiwan Affairs Office of Hainan Province, Hainan Provincial Development and Reform Commission and other 10 departments jointly issued, including support for Taiwan compatriots and Taiwan enterprises to invest in support of cities and counties to build platforms, support for the development of cultural and educational exchanges and other activities in three areas. Among them, Articles 1-8 combine with the construction of the Free Trade Port to encourage or support Taiwan compatriots and Taiwan enterprises to invest and start businesses in the Free Trade Port of Hainan, especially in agriculture, forestry, fisheries and trade with Taiwan; Articles 9-13 mainly support or encourage municipalities and counties, social forces for Taiwan compatriots and Taiwan enterprises to invest and start businesses in the Free Trade Port of Hainan to set up platforms and open channels; Articles 14-17 mainly support municipalities, counties, departments and units to carry out cultural and educational exchanges and cooperation with Taiwan, and strengthen the economic cooperation with Taiwan. Cooperation, consolidate the social basis of economic cooperation with Taiwan.

　　It is understood that Hainan has introduced 30 measures to benefit Taiwan and 15 measures to benefit Taiwan in agriculture and forestry. As of June this year, Hainan Province has approved the establishment of a total of 2,419 Taiwan-funded enterprises, the cumulative utilization of 5.73 billion U.S. dollars of Taiwan capital. 2017 to 2022, the Qiongtai trade has achieved sustained growth, Hainan's total import and export to Taiwan from 476 million yuan to 2.225 billion yuan RMB, an increase of 367% in five years.
